Subscribe to the Mailing List.

You can subscribe to this list by sending an e-mail message to majordomo@panamdoc.com with the command subscribe paafriends. A subject is not needed.

example:

subscribe paafriends

or from another e-mail account, send an e-mail to majordomo@panamdoc.com with the command subscribe paafriends <email address>. A subject is not needed.

Example:

subscribe paafriends kerry@panamdoc.com

The listserver knows you by your email address.
That is the email address it finds in the From: field of the email message you send to (un)subscribe.

Once you are subscribed to the list you will receive 2 e-mails, one confirming your request to subscribe and one welcoming you to the list. You may leave the list at any time by sending the unsubscribe paafriends command to majordomo@panamdoc.com.
